Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Mirea Lights is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when you contact us by email.
Exchanges are handled based on product availability and are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer before the funds appear in your account.
